I stayed at Blue Hour for a weekend trip and it was perfect. The location was incredibly convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the station. They had a helpful map with recommendations, including a great bike rental option for only 500 yen. The service was excellent, despite the language barrier, and the all-girls dorm was comfortable and welcoming. The beds had ample storage space and the view from the window was stunning, especially when it snowed. a clean, modern, and well-equipped hostel.

    Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

my recent stay at this hostel was the best designed and most comfortable in all my stays in kanazawa. a spacious dorm, lockable storage, convenient bedside features, good lighting, and a separate women's area made it a perfect choice. well-priced, with great service and a helpful map for local tips.

Bunk bed near rough beam, inconvenient ladder.

I recently stayed at Blue Hour for a few nights and I was pleasantly surprised. The beds were fantastic, with a bouncy and spacious mattress that was a welcome change from the usual hostel futons. The dormitory was peaceful and the beds didn't make any noise. The proximity to the train station was a major plus, making it incredibly convenient for transportation. The communal area was large and I particularly enjoyed the unique design of the beds. The bed type I chose was roomy and the clean, comfortable sheets made for a great night's sleep. I highly recommend this bed option for anyone looking for extra space. The hostel itself was also very quiet, which was a definite bonus. The WiFi connection was stable and reliable, and overall it was a great experience.

    Would recommend this hotel.

The location of the hostel was superb, just a short walk from the train station and within walking distance to all the main attractions. We didn't need to take any buses during our stay. The beds were comfortable and provided a spacious individual space for a good night's sleep. The towels were fresh and replaced everyday, and we also appreciated the free coffee and tea available all day. The reception staff were helpful in providing us with information about the area.

I really liked the spacious and comfortable bed at the hostel. It was a refreshing change from the usual bunk beds. The communal area was also quite large and well-designed. The hostel's location, just a 3-minute walk from the train station, was extremely convenient. Additionally, the hostel was very quiet, which made for a peaceful stay. The Wi-Fi worked well and was stable throughout my visit.

I felt very secure and had no complaints at all.

The bunk bed set-up was the best we've had during our time in Japan, with a convenient shelf and locker next to the bed. the easy check-in and helpful staff made our stay even better. the sitting area offered great views, and the fact that they had real filter coffee for free was a great bonus!

Felt like royalty, no reason to complain.

I recently stayed at Blue Hour in Kanazawa for 3 nights as a solo female traveler. The hostel provided all the necessary amenities like fresh towels, slippers, and free drinks. The female dormitory had its own shower room, toilet, and resting area, ensuring high privacy. The beds were comfortable, with the option to close the curtains for personal space. Luggage storage was available before check-in and after checkout. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the train station, and the staff were helpful and spoke English fluently.

    Would recommend this hotel.

The location was extremely convenient, just a short walk from the train station. This made it easy to get around the city and explore the sights. The bed in my room was really comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the quiet environment, as it allowed me to relax and unwind after a long day of work.

One negative aspect was the storage in the bunk beds. The lockers provided seemed a bit outdated and could potentially be easily broken into.

Conveniently located near the train station, this hostel offers clean and comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful, even providing discount vouchers for local attractions. The map in the main hall is a useful tool for exploring the neighborhood. The bar table is a nice touch for sitting or working.👍
